Join Cleveland Owns for the second edition of our Co-op Housing Study Group! This 8-week program will meet for eight Mondays starting April 28th, 2025. 

  • specific dates: 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/23
We'll discuss and learn about: co-op fundamentals, governance, financing, development, navigating interpersonal communication and conflict, and CLTs. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary to join! We welcome anyone who is co-op housing curious. Folks from the previous cohort are welcome to participate again!
